Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month from when you subscribe. Your minute allocation resets at the start of each billing cycle. For one-time top-ups, minutes never expire and remain in your account until used.
Subscription minutes reset each month and do not roll over. If you regularly have unused minutes, consider switching to a smaller plan or using one-time top-ups instead. Top-up minutes never expire.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDEAL, Bancontact, and other local payment methods through our payment partner Mollie. PayPal is also available for one-time top-ups.

If you run out of minutes mid-session, you will receive a warning. You can top up instantly from within the app without leaving your room. Subscription users can also purchase one-time top-ups to supplement their monthly allocation.
Yes. Cancel your current plan and subscribe to a new one. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep access to your current plan until it expires.
